Out of Office was formed to provide small business owners and organizational leaders with technology, time management, and team-building assistance to help them create and maintain mentally healthy workspaces.
Tamika, the owner and sole proprietor, hires and trains freelancers specializing in specific skills as virtual assistants. We are unique and different from our competitors because we coach our clients to be more impactful leaders and train our freelancers to be entrepreneurs.
While being a serial employee and working for small business owners in the past, Tamika recognized a common trait in those organizations: employees being overworked and underpaid, business owners and employees wearing too many hats, and high turnover rates. These issues derive from budget restraints, low usage or acceptance of technology, poor time management skills, and a lack of team-building skills.
To become a necessity in the small business and entrepreneurial community. Our job is to assist small business owners and entrepreneurs in creating mentally healthy work environments by offering virtual administrative assistance, creative services, coaching, and consulting.
